On a whim, we added a tiny amount of date sugar to our original brew. In public taste tests, the majority of people raved about the slightly sweeter version. Naturally sweet and high in vitamins and antioxidants, date sugar enhances—never covers—Tinto’s full flavor with less than 5g per bottle.
